This appointment is to apply for an Australian passport for a child under the age of 18. The child is not required to attend if they are under the age of 16.
The turnaround time for a full validity passport is up to three weeks. If you have an urgent need to travel and your passport is expired or has been lost or stolen, please phone our office on (310)-229-2300 during business hours.
Incomplete or incorrectly completed applications cannot be accepted. Application requirements are determined by Australian legislation and Australian Passport Office policy, and these requirements cannot be waived by Passport Office staff.
